According to a very close insider, the couple has chosen the extremely powerful Oprah Winfrey to be the godmother. The godfather is Jay-Z's best friend, famous rapper Tyran "Ty Ty" Smith. Bey and Jay said that they want the godparents to be someone who's not already related to them, that's why Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles wasn't considered.
