Hello Stardollies,

As you may / or may not know, I`m Ashlee, and today, as summer arrives and the thought of spending time by the pool or shopping for the latest swimwear seems ideal, I`ll be giving you some tips on how to work your tan!

First of all, It`s very important for us to remember that real tans are dangerous, and can lead to horrible things such as melanoma, aka. Skin cancer. A light tan can always look good - but sun burns don`t! Remember to always `slip, slop, slap` and be cautious when doing all the outdoor activitys that everyone enjoys during summer time!

Lucky for us, we can get a very healthy tan at the beauty parlor - where we have the option of choosing our own skin type! I`m sure you`re all noticing lots of dolls growing darker as summer progresses - here are some tips to help you do the same; 

. Light hair with dark tans is a big no no! For eg;

. Blonde hair looks much better with a lighter tan, what about a golden tone - or the sunkissed look?
