When incorporating white eyeliner into a look, you want to avoid the eye looking too monotonous, therefore it is a good idea to also contrast the white with black mascara.

 

In order to avoid looking as if there is too much going on, it is often best to keep the rest of the makeup minimal. I would suggest not wearing any blush or contouring and leaving eyebrows light.
