Start off with a clean face, with no accessories or make up.
Then use any blue, purple, white or pink eye shadow you have and put it on.
Next, put some black or blue eyeliner on.
Now add mascara, to get lovely, long eyelashes!
Add black liquid eyeliner to the base of the eye.
Now let’s move onto the lips.
