Victoria Justice glammed on the orange carpet i a ravishing red gown while Mariah Carey opted for a floor-grazing black number while posing in front of the cameras. The singer attended at The Dream Foundation's 11th Annual Celebration of Dreams Gala this weekend wearing a floral Dolce and Gabbana gown that showcased her incredible curves. We can't stop watching.
